There is no charge for the initial consultation.

Fullcourt meets with owners, accountants, and other relevant parties to gain an understanding of the borrower’s business model and industry.

A thorough analysis will be conducted of the client’s financial position and credit needs. A cash flow analysis may be performed, and if needed, accounts payable negotiation services may be recommended.

The next step is the “Request for Proposal” to solicit credit sources. Fullcourt negotiates terms and prepares the “Letter of Intent”. Assistance is provided to management and lender for all aspects of the underwriting process. Guidance is given to management for reporting requirements and any post funding needs. If applicable, Fullcourt will negotiate settlements of reconveyed debt.

All upfront work is done at no obligation to the borrower. Typically, fees are earned when the transaction is funded.
